By reading this TOS you have agreed to my terms and must follow through with them when the commission has started. I recommend you read through this thoroughly before commissioning me!

➼I am free to post whatever commission I make.➼I have a right to decline any commission.➼If you are going to contact me about a commission stick to your word. I will not tolerate people immediately cancelling the commission upon contacting me.Customer Service:

➼You are free to use your completed artwork however you please with credit! This helps me gain more popularity and it helps people find me easier.➼You may not trace my artwork. Though, you can use it as a reference if you wish.➼Do not sell the artwork and claim it as yours. The only time you are able to sell the artwork is if the oc you are selling is featured in the artwork. But other than that, you may not sell it as a, print, badge, poster, clothing designs etc.➼If you paid for a shaded piece I will give you the unshaded version if you want it!➼If you ever buy an adoptable from me you may use it however you like.➼You are welcome to sell my designs for any price that seems fit for you. But if I notice you buy them and simply sell them the next day for a higher price you will be banned from my Commissions and Adoptables.➼Credit is required for all of the above.➼I have the right to decline a commission or service if the idea makes me uncomfortable.Payment And Refunds:

➼If I am drawing a character, digital reference is preferred due to exact coloring and patterns.➼Send me the reference you are wanting when requesting the commission. Though if you are wanting me to pick a character, send a preferred list!➼Be sure that you are confident in your character's design before you request a commission. If you do change the design while I am in the process of making the commission, I will either ask you to pay me extra or stop the piece completely.➼Do not ask me to replicate another artist's style.➼Be patient with me whenever you decide to commission me. I will have a waitlist where you can refer to to see the status of your piece. If a personal issue occurs and I can’t get to your commission, I will be sure to contact you and work something out.➼If you need the art piece at a certain date (Birthday gift, Holiday, etc.) be sure to tell me ahead of time. This will help me organize my queue more and see what I need to get done first.➼Please don't ask for wips every single day. I will send you a sketch and then a flat coloured version of the drawing. If you are thinking a commission is taking too long make sure to check my queue, I may be working on something else!What I will Draw
